For what purpose will your personal data be processed and for how long?
Personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing your application. In addition, Fundació Esade may keep your curriculum vitae in case it may be suitable for other selection processes. Fundació ESADE will keep your personal data for the duration of the selection process, and subsequently for a period of one year after the end of the process. Regarding the conservation of the data for other selection processes that may be appropriate, it will be until the interested party revokes his or her consent.
What personal data do we collect and process?
The categories of personal data to be processed and their typology are listed below:
Identifying data: name and surname, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number.
Personal characteristics: date of birth, nationality.
Academic and professional data: education, qualifications, professional experience.
Employment details: job position, professional category/position, seniority.
Economic, financial and insurance data: monetary remuneration and remuneration in kind.
Special categories of data: Health data (degree of disability, if any).
Data on infractions and sanctions: Negative certificate from the Registry of sexual offenses, if applicable.
What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
The legitimacy of the processing of personal data is based on Article 6.1 b) RGPD, since it is necessary for the implementation at the request of the employee of pre-contractual measures or the intention to conclude a contract the implementation of contractual measures. The legitimacy of the processing in cases where the data subject authorizes that his or her application may be used for participation in other selection processes that are appropriate is based on consent.
What security measures are in place to protect your personal data?
Your personal data will be treated with absolute confidentiality. Furthermore, appropriate technical and organizational measures have been implemented to ensure their security and to prevent their unlawful destruction, loss, access or alteration. The request must contain a copy of your DNI/NIE or other equivalent identification document, as well as the minimum content foreseen in the applicable regulations. If the request does not meet the specified requirements, Fundació ESADE may require you to amend it.
The exercise of these rights is free of charge, although a fee may be charged when requests are unfounded, excessive or repetitive.
