Assistant professor International, european union and comparative law

ESADE Law School is looking for a 40-hour lecturer with the category of Assistant Professor in Constitutional and Comparative Law. The selected candidate must join the faculty before May 2025.
The candidate must have a PHD in the field of Constitutional or Public Law with a comparative perspective and have a track record in teaching and research that demonstrates his or her potential in accordance with the strategic focus of the faculty (Economic and Business Law). A consolidated track record at both national and international level, capable of transmitting a solid theoretical-practical vision to the training, will be particularly valued.
The candidate must demonstrate excellent teaching skills, as he/she will have an active teaching role in both undergraduate and graduate programs in Constitutional Law, Comparative Law and Public Law and its impact in international business.
The candidate's ability will be especially valued:
1st) In the areas of Public Financial Law, Corporate and Public Law, or the links between Economy and Law.
2nd) To connect with professional world, to team-working to create and maintain an optimal network of contacts at national and international level, to coordinate within the institutional structure and to know how to get involved in it.
The candidate must be proficient in English (guaranteeing teaching in this language), with full command of Spanish and legal terminology, with advanced knowledge of other languages being a particular asset.
The salary for this position will be competitive.
