Assistant/Associate professor International, European Union and Comparative Law
ESADE is a university center of higher education, with a long educational trajectory and recognized prestige in the international university field. ESADE Law School is looking for a 40-hour lecturer with the category of Assistant or Associate Professor in Geopolitics and Public Policy. The selected candidate must join the faculty before September 2025.
The candidate must have a PHD in the field of Political Sciences or Economics and have a track record in teaching and research that demonstrates his or her potential in accordance with the strategic focus of Esade Law School (International Business Law, Public Affairs and Global Governance). A consolidated track record at both national and international levels, capable of transmitting a solid theoretical-practical vision to the training, will be particularly valued.
The candidate must demonstrate excellent teaching skills, as he/she will have an active teaching role in both undergraduate and graduate programs in Geopolitics and Public Policy.
The candidate's ability will be especially valued:
1st) To carry out his/her research activities in an international environment, consolidating academic networks and leading competitive projects.
2nd) To connect with professional reality, to team-working to create and maintain an optimal network of contacts at national and international level.
3rd) To integrate into the ESADE teaching model.
The candidate must be proficient in English (guaranteeing teaching in this language), with full command of Spanish and legal terminology, with advanced knowledge of other languages being a particular asset.
The salary for this position will be competitive.
